Super Bowls is a Toronto superfood bar built around nutritious, high-quality ingredients and a simple belief: your food should fit you.
We serve organic açaí bowls, high-protein Greek yogurt bowls, protein oats and smoothies, with personalization at the heart of what we do. From your base to your toppings, you can create something that suits your tastes, appetite and everyday routine, or start with one of our signature combinations.
We make most of our components in-house, from granola and nut butters to chia pudding, cold-pressed juices and bites, bringing care to the ingredients, nutrition and flavour in every order.

From the Founders
It was supposed to be a vacation memory. Reza turned it into a mission.
"After we tried açaí in Brazil in 2023, Reza was intrigued by the concept and came home looking for that experience again. But the more he explored, the more possibilities he saw. Why stop at açaí? Why not different nutritious bases, topped with fruits, nuts and seeds: a filling bowl you could build around your appetite, your routine and your day?
At first, Yashna was supporting an idea Reza couldn’t stop thinking about. Somewhere between looking for our first location, designing the store and developing the menu, it became a shared obsession. Eventually, she left her nine-to-five to build Super Bowls full-time.
We had zero restaurant experience. We learned as we went and built everything from the ground up, putting more of ourselves into it with every decision.
Making most of our components in-house was one of those decisions. From granola and nut butters to chia pudding, juices and bites, we wanted a hand in the ingredients, nutrition, sweetness and flavour. It takes more work, but that care is what we want you to taste.
On December 4, 2024, we opened our doors on Roncesvalles. Neighbours and people we’d never met came in, asked questions and gave us a chance. Seeing them enjoy something we’d spent so long building made it all feel real. Their support gave us the drive to keep going.
Today, we’re still learning, creating and refining from açaí and Greek yogurt bowls to protein oats and smoothies. But the people who make us part of their day are what make this place feel like Super Bowls.
